dc.descriptionThe nutritional status of people depends on their eating habits. The present investigation seeks to recognize the eating habits of those between 15 and 40 years of age who attend the Barreiro Health Center, through the use of the “consumption frequency questionnaire” and at the same time know how it influences their nutritional status. The study methodology of the project is quantitative, transversal, focused on the analysis of the eating habits and nutritional status of pregnant women between 15 and 40 years of age who attend the Barreiro Health Center, it is an inductive method because the topic of The research starts from the identification of the problem and seeks to discover the effects of the problem, the research modality is quantitative since it will be developed with the theme influence on the nutritional status of pregnant women, the population and sample studied is 100 pregnant women. The results were obtained through a survey, the data were tabulated using the Microsoft Excel 2016 application. The results obtained show a relationship between eating habits and the nutritional status of pregnant women, in conclusion, both due to an inadequate distribution in the consumption of the main nutrients such as proteins, carbohydrates, lipids, vitamins and minerals and the distribution of meals recommended in pregnant women such as three main meals and two snacks, this is due to the caloric requirement they need due to their physiological state.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl estado nutricional de las personas depende de sus hábitos alimentarios. La presente investigación busca reconocer los hábitos alimenticios de las de 15 a 40 años de edad que asisten al Centro de salud Barreiro, mediante el uso del “cuestionario de frecuencia de consumo” y a la vez conocer de qué manera influye en su estado nutricional. La metodología de estudio del proyecto es de tipo cuantitativo, transversal, enfocado al análisis de los hábitos alimenticios y el estado nutricional de las gestantes de 15 a 40 años de edad que asisten al Centro de salud Barreiro, es de método inductivo porque el tema de investigación parte desde la identificación del problema y busca descubrir los efectos del problema, la modalidad de investigación es cuantitativa ya que se desarrollará con la temática influencia en el estado nutricional de las gestantes, la población y muestra estudiada es de 100 gestantes. Los resultados fueron obtenidos a través de una encuesta, los datos fueron tabulados mediante la aplicación Microsoft Excel 2016. En los resultados obtenidos se muestra una relación entre los hábitos alimentarios y el estado nutricional de las gestantes, en conclusión, tanto por una inadecuada distribución en el consumo de los nutrientes principales como son, proteínas, carbohidratos, lípidos, vitaminas y minerales y la distribución de comidas recomendadas en las gestantes como son tres comidas principales y dos colaciones, esto se debe al requerimiento calórico que necesitan debido a su estado fisiológico.es_ES
