| dc.description | This case study focuses on Inventory Control Management in the Agricultural Marketing Company Joflosa, in order to effectively manage the inventory in the warehouse, whether in the reception, storage or distribution of essential products to carry out economic activity, the company is intended to be ready to meet the growing demand of customers and optimize the use of available resources. One of the main problems originates from an inadequate internal inventory control system. This is due to the lack of knowledge in inventory processes and management, which is evidenced by the absence of well-established control mechanisms that can collaborate in the organization and management of inventory. This lack increases the risk of potential losses for the company. It has been observed that lack of understanding in inventory management can lead to the possibility of inventory losses due to lack of adequate records to determine the optimal level of stock required to meet demand. This, in turn, may result in delays in the delivery of products to customers. Additionally, poor inventory management due to lack of control can lead to situations where the right parts are not available to assemble a product. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Este estudio de caso se enfoca en la Gestión del Control de Inventario en la Comercializadora Agrícola Joflosa, con el fin de administrar eficazmente el inventario en el almacén, ya sea en la recepción, almacenamiento o distribución de los productos esenciales para llevar a cabo la actividad económica, se busca que la empresa esté lista para atender la creciente demanda de los clientes y optimizar la utilización de los recursos disponibles. Uno de los problemas principales se origina en un sistema de control interno del inventario inadecuado. Esto se debe a la falta de conocimiento en los procesos y la gestión del inventario, lo que se evidencia en la ausencia de mecanismos de control bien establecidos que puedan colaborar en la organización y administración del inventario. Esta carencia aumenta el riesgo de pérdidas potenciales para la empresa. Se ha observado que la falta de comprensión en la gestión del inventario puede dar lugar a la posibilidad de que se produzcan pérdidas de inventario debido a la falta de registros adecuados para determinar el nivel óptimo de existencias necesario para satisfacer la demanda. Esto, a su vez, puede resultar en demoras en la entrega de productos a los clientes.
