| dc.description | This research project focuses on analyzing how the financial KPIs affect the decision making of the company Estación de Servicios Ventanas, which has the economic function of selling fuel, this being its main source of income. The company presents its financial statements annually, but in the last period has had complications when studying and analyzing its performance indicators, therefore, this problem has influenced the financial decision making, which negatively affects its financial performance, so in this work was determined the objective of conducting a comparative study to determine how the financial KPIs affect the decision making of the company Estación de Servicios Ventanas, because the economic stability of any company depends on the application and evaluation of financial indicators that reveal its profitability, liquidity and solvency in the market because the indicators not only play a crucial role in providing objective information on financial performance, but also analyze whether the company has experienced growth in its revenues. Therefore, the information is verified through these tools and techniques that were required. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Este proyecto de investigación se enfoca en analizar cómo los KPI financieros inciden en la toma de decisiones de la empresa Estación de Servicios Ventanas, la cual tiene función económica la venta de combustible, siendo esta es su principal fuente de ingresos. La empresa presenta sus estados financieros anualmente, pero en el último periodo ha tenido complicaciones al momento de estudiar y analizar sus indicadores de rendimiento, por ende, este problema ha influido en la toma de decisiones financieras, lo cual afecta negativamente en su rendimiento financiero, por lo que en este trabajo se determinó el objetivo de realizar un estudio comparativo para determinar de qué manera los KPI Financieros inciden en la toma de decisiones de la empresa Estación de Servicios Ventanas , debido a que la estabilidad económica de cualquier empresa depende de la aplicación y evaluación de indicadores financieros que revelan su rentabilidad, liquidez y solvencia en el mercado porque los indicadores no solo juegan un papel crucial al proporcionar información objetiva sobre el desempeño financiero, sino que también se analiza si la empresa ha experimentado crecimiento en sus ingresos.
