| dc.description | Communication is the basis that enables coexistence between human beings, starting from this point the present investigation focuses on investigating the communicational analysis of public relations, today there is a bad relationship in terms of communication between students and the authorities especially from the student welfare sector, accusing each other of a lack of planning, organization, interest in the common welfare and in extreme cases giving priority to closing all possibilities of creating a dialogue improving relations between both parties. It is necessary for the researcher to deepen and apply his knowledge, allowing the establishment of methods and strategies with the aim of having excellent internal and external communication, counting on the weakness of the University that empirically applies the media in this way they will benefit students improving their public relations with the authorities since both need each other for the development of social progress. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Es la base que posibilita la convivencia entre las personas, partiendo desde este punto la presente investigación tiene como finalidad verif8csr todo sobre las relaciones públicas. La sostenibilidad de un proyecto, pasa necesariamente por el nivel de relacionamiento que se tenga con el entorno social, es por eso que la importancia de las relaciones comunitarias va más allá del factor económico, su importancia radica en el hecho de desarrollar un vínculo más factible con la comunidad y conocer lo que ellos esperan la institución ante los impactos que se establecieron. De esa forma poder desarrollar estrategias que permitan crear valor para todas las partes y con visión de desarrollo conjunto. A fin de también promover el desarrollo sostenible y lograr la viabilidad social de la actividad minera. Es necesario que el investigador profundice y aplique sus conocimientos permitiendo establecer métodos y estrategias con el objetivo de tener una excelente comunicación tanto interna y externa, contando con la debilidad que tiene la institución que aplica de manera empírica los estudiantes mejorando sus relaciones con las autoridades ya que entre ambos se necesitan mutuamente para el desarrollo del progreso social y el mejoramiento. | es_ES |
