dc.description | This research is based on the prevailing need to understand the educational approach in a digital environment of constant transformation. Its main objective lies in determining the influence of digital resources on Problem-Based Learning of Baccalaureate in Science students, from the Eugenio Espejo Educational Unit. In addition to this central objective, specific objectives are highlighted, which focus on investigating current challenges, identifying available digital resources and diagnosing their effectiveness in the educational process. Regarding the methodology, two types of research were used, specifically, exploratory and descriptive. As the main technique, a survey was used that led to a questionnaire that was composed of questions related to the topic. This survey was applied to both students and teachers, and the results obtained reflected that both parties agree that the incorporation of digital resources improves the understanding of educational content. Regarding the conclusions, it reflects that these digital resources are essential and viable in the current educational environment. The research lays the foundation to understand how technology can enhance problem-based learning in the constantly evolving digital context, however, favorably there is a growing awareness that PBL can better prepare students to face situations in the world of work, generating thus a positive impact on society. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | En la presente investigación se fundamenta en la imperante necesidad de comprender el enfoque educativo en un entorno digital de constante transformación. Su objetivo principal radica en determinar la influencia de los recursos digitales en el Aprendizaje Basado en Problemas de los estudiantes de Bachillerato en Ciencias, de la Unidad Educativa Eugenio Espejo. Además de este objetivo central, se destacan los objetivos específicos, que se centran en investigar los desafíos actuales, identificar los recursos digitales disponibles y diagnosticar su efectividad en el proceso educativo. En cuanto a la metodología, se emplearon dos tipos de investigación, específicamente, la exploratoria y la descriptiva. Como técnica principal, se utilizó una encuesta que derivo a un cuestionario que estuvo compuesto por preguntas relacionadas con el tema. Esta encuesta se aplicó tanto a estudiantes como a docentes, y los resultados obtenidos reflejaron que ambas partes coinciden en que la incorporación de recursos digitales mejora la comprensión de los contenidos educativos. En lo que corresponde a las conclusiones, nos refleja que estos recursos digitales son esenciales y viables en el entorno educativo actual. La investigación sienta las bases para entender cómo la tecnología puede potenciar el aprendizaje basado en problemas en el contexto digital en constante evolución, sin embargo, favorablemente existe una creciente conciencia de que el ABP puede preparar mejor a los estudiantes para enfrentar situaciones del mundo laboral generando así un impacto positivo a la sociedad. | es_ES |
