| dc.description | The purpose of this research is to know the effectiveness and compliance of its administrative processes and explain that effective administrative management facilitates the total development of the company through the appropriate use of human, financial, material and technological resources. This research proposal is the same one that was allowed by the owner of Despensa y Ferretería Mechita, which in the last year has been affected and has experienced unfavorable changes for the company which had an economic impact on the business. The company was in a situation in which there was no planning of activities, neither in the short, much less in the long term, little assertive communication between workers, lack of responsibility on their part, little control of activities to the point of affecting customers receiving expired or poor condition products, putting the company's reputation at risk. Due to the current situation of the business and in order to achieve its development, it was recommended to establish alternatives such as: implement an administrative management system that allows compliance with administrative processes, establish clear communication channels to improve labor relations, apply control in daily activities and promote feedback, avoiding future losses. For this research work, the deductive-inductive research methodology was used, which allowed us to analyze the fundamental aspects that affect the normal development of the business, which served to obtain conclusions from the data investigated. On the other hand, the research is framed in the analytical method, offering a detailed understanding of internal control and each of the elements involved in business activity, integrating them in a way that improves effectiveness that contributes to the success of the business. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación tiene como finalidad de conocer la eficacia y el cumplimiento de sus procesos administrativos y explicar que la gestión administrativa efectiva facilita el desarrollo total de la empresa mediante de la adecuada utilización de los recursos humanos, financieros, materiales y tecnológicos. Esta propuesta de investigación la misma que fue permitida por la propietaria de Despensa y Ferretería Mechita, la misma que en el último año ha visto afectada y ha experimentado cambios desfavorables para la empresa lo cual repercutía económicamente al negocio. La empresa se encontraba en na situación en la que no se contaba con una planificación ni de las actividades, ni a corto, mucho menos a largo plazo, escasa comunicación asertiva entres los trabajadores, falta de responsabilidad por parte de los mismos, poco control de actividades al punto de afectar que los clientes recibían productos caducados o en mal estado poniendo en riesgo la reputación de la empresa. Por la situación actual del negocio y con el fin de lograr el desarrollo de la misma se recomendó establecer alternativas como: implementar un sistema de gestión administrativa que permita cumplir los procesos administrativos, a sí mismo, establecer canales de comunicación claros para mejorar las relaciones laborales, aplicar control en las actividades diarias y promover la retroalimentación evitando pérdidas a futuro. Para este trabajo de investigación se empleó la metodología método de investigación el deductivo-inductivo que permitió analizar los aspectos fundamentales que afectan el normal desenvolvimiento del negocio, misma que sirvió para obtener conclusiones de los datos investigados. Por otro lado la investigación se enmarca en el método analítico ofreciendo una comprensión detallada del control interno y de cada uno de los elementos que se involucran en la actividad empresarial, integrándolos de manera que mejore la eficacia que contribuya al éxito del negocio. | es_ES |
