dc.descriptionIn reference to the case study, the objective was determined to analyze powdery mildew (Oidium sp.) in the cultivation of Achotillo (Nephelium lappaceum). The present analysis is situated within the basic study, adopting a descriptive-bibliographic approach and a qualitative design. The descriptive-bibliographic approach focuses on the collection, analysis and synthesis of information from various bibliographic sources, with the purpose of providing a comprehensive and detailed vision of the topic in question. Regarding the results, during the investigation, an exhaustive description of the aspects related to the fungus Oidium sp. was carried out. In the cultivation of achiotillo, morphological and physiological characteristics of the fungus were identified, highlighting its appearance, life cycle and the environmental conditions that favor its development. In conclusion, powdery mildew in Achiotillo cultivation has allowed a detailed analysis of the elements involved in its vision and progress, key aspects related to the biology and ecology of the fungus have been identified, providing a comprehensive understanding of its impact on the cultivation of achiotillo. It is recommended that farmers and specialists in the cultivation of achiotillo consider incorporating varieties resistant to powdery mildew in their agricultural practices; careful seed selection can be an effective strategy to minimize the susceptibility of crops to this complication.es_ES

dc.description.abstractRESUMEN En referencia al estudio de caso se determinó como objetivo, analizar el Mildiú polvoso (Oidium sp.) en el cultivo de Achotillo (Nephelium lappaceum). El presente análisis se sitúa dentro del estudio básico, adoptando un enfoque descriptivo-bibliográfico y un diseño cualitativo. El enfoque descriptivo-bibliográfico se centra en la recopilación, análisis y síntesis de información proveniente de diversas fuentes bibliográficas, con el propósito de brindar una visión integral y detallada del tema en cuestión. En cuanto a los resultados, durante la investigación, se llevó a cabo una exhaustiva descripción de los aspectos relacionados con el hongo Oidium sp. en el cultivo de achiotillo, se identificaron características morfológicas y fisiológicas del hongo, destacando su apariencia, ciclo de vida y las condiciones ambientales que propician su desarrollo. En conclusión, el mildiú polvoso en el cultivo de Achiotillo ha permitido un análisis detallado de los elementos que intervienen en su visión y progreso, se han identificado los aspectos clave relacionados con la biología y ecología del hongo, proporcionando una comprensión integral de su impacto en el cultivo de achiotillo. Se recomienda que los agricultores y especialistas en el cultivo de achiotillo consideren la incorporación de variedades resistentes al mildiú polvoso en sus prácticas agrícolas, la selección cuidadosa de semillas puede ser una estrategia efectiva para minimizar la susceptibilidad de los cultivos a esta complicación.es_ES
