dc.descriptionAlfalfa (Medicago sativa) has been present in mankind, and has managed to occupy a very important place in agriculture, this silver offers good adaptability and tolerance to moisture and drought, having a good use and a good percentage of crude protein of 22-25% with dry matter 30%. In Ecuador it has been one of the best alternatives in forage for cattle and guinea pig feeding, currently for its high protein value, having the best adaptability in the highlands. Evaluating the dose of the two types of alfalfa (improved pomegranate and national) we have as a result that the improved pomegranate alfalfa obtained better results of protein, EMS dose 0.50% obtained 23.68%, while the national alfalfa obtained 18.46% fiber the dose of 0.50% EMS 15.14%, while the national alfalfa obtained 12, The analysis of variance showed that it was not significant and the best EMS dose was 0.25% with an average of 8.72%, the lowest result was obtained with the ethyl Metasulfonate dose at 1% with an average value of 7.74% of ash, humidity the tukey test at 5% probability. The alfalfa that obtained the best result was alfalfa improved pomegranate with 76.59% moisture, the dose that obtained the lowest result was EMS 0.50% with an average of 73.44% moisture. Fat the interaction that obtained the best result was alfalfa pomegranate improved with the addition of Metasulfonate 0.75% with an average of 1.13% fat, the interaction that obtained the lowest result was national alfalfa). dc.description.abstractLa alfalfa (Medicago sativa) ha estado presente en la humanidad, y ha logrado ocupar un lugar muy importante en la agricultura, esta plata ofrece una buena adaptabilidad y tolerancia en humedad y sequía, teniendo un aprovechamiento y un buen porcentaje de proteína cruda de 22-25% con materia seca 30%. En Ecuador ha sido una de las mejores alternativas en forrajes para la alimentación de bovinos y cuyes, actualmente por su alto valor de proteína teniendo como mejor adaptabilidad en la sierra. Evaluando la dosis de los dos tipos de alfalfa (granada mejorada y nacional) tenemos como resultado que la alfalfa granda mejora obtuvo mejor resultado de, proteína dosis de EMS 0,50% obtuvo 23,68%, mientras que de la alfalfa nacional obtuvo 18,46% fibra la dosis de 0,50% EMS 15,14%, mientras que de la nacional obtuvo 12,74% ceniza el análisis de varianza demostró que no se encontró significativa y la mejor dosis EMS fue 0,25% con un promedio de 8,72% , el menor resultado lo obtuvo la dosis ethyl Metasulfonato al 1% con un valor promedio de 7,74% de ceniza, humedad la prueba de tukey al 5% de probabilidad. la alfalfa que mayor resultado obtuvo fue la alfalfa granada mejorada con 76,59% de humedad, la dosis que menor dato obtuvo fue la EMS 0,50% con un promedio 73,44 % de humedad. Grasa la interacción que mejor resultado obtuvo fue alfalfa granada mejorada con la adición de Metasulfonato de 0,75% con un promedio de 1,13% de grasa, la interacción que menor resultado obtuvo fue alfalfa nacional). Como conclusión la alfalfa granada mejorada mostro un porcentaje más alto en variables de humedad al 0,75% de EMS con el 78,87 % seguido de proteína al 0,25% con un valor de 28,72%, la alfalfa nacional mostro un porcentaje de variables más alto humedad al 0,50% de EMS con un valor de 77,45 % seguido de proteína al 0,75% con el 21,39%.es_ES
