| dc.description | This case study focuses on the company SYSSERVICE S.A., which is a technological organization in the city of Guayaquil, where wireless connectivity is necessary for its multiple daily operations; This document reflects how significant problems have arisen in your wireless network, such as congestion, interference and poor coverage, seriously affecting everyone's productivity and efficiency. A problem has been described here, where an exhaustive analysis of the network and the implementation of solutions based on Mikrotik brand devices is proposed, since these offer advanced tools to improve the signal and expand coverage. This research work includes interviews with company technicians, as well as tests of coverage, speed, latency and simultaneous connections, which reveal weaknesses in the company's current network. This study has a positive impact, since it lies in the need to improve the operational efficiency and security of the company; It has objectives that aim to optimize signal quality and increase security and guarantee efficient coverage. | dc.description.abstract | Este estudio de caso se centra en la empresa SYSSERVICE S.A., que es una organización tecnológica de la ciudad de Guayaquil, donde la conectividad inalámbrica es necesaria para sus múltiples operaciones diarias; este documento refleja cómo han surgido problemas significativos en su red inalámbrica, como congestión, interferencias y coberturas deficientes, afectando gravemente la productividad y eficiencia de todos. Se ha descrito aquí, una problemática, donde se propone un análisis exhaustivo de la red y la implementación de soluciones basadas en dispositivos de marca Mikrotik, ya que estos ofrecen herramientas avanzadas para mejorar la señal y ampliar la cobertura. Este trabajo de investigación incluye entrevistas a técnicos de la empresa, además de pruebas de cobertura, velocidad, latencia y de conexiones simultáneas, que permiten revelar debilidades en la red actual de la empresa. Este estudio tiene un impacto positivo, ya que radica en la necesidad de mejorar la eficiencia operativa y la seguridad de la empresa; cuenta con unos objetivos que apuntan a optimizar la calidad de la señal y aumentar la seguridad y garantizar una cobertura eficiente.
