dc.descriptionThis case study with the topic "Supply management in the Zurita shopping center in the city of Babahoyo in the period 2023" contains the biggest problems that the establishment presents, which are a demand greater than supply, inadequate storage and low sales, The purpose of its realization is the importance of supply management in any company. The main objective is to analyze supply management through research techniques to detect critical points, the method used was the descriptive one which expanded the perspective on the causal factors of the organization, the techniques that were implemented were the analysis of internal factors through an EFI Matrix in addition to a questionnaire of questions that was structured to be able to conduct an interview with the establishment manager. The results obtained through the research instruments demonstrate that the internal factors that affect the company in the supply area are the deficiencies that the products present, the little inventory, the very low market participation and that the inadequate system that manage delays the processes, when conducting the interview the problems and situation with the suppliers were determined that although there is a relationship management system, unfulfilled agreements are not penalized, for this reason it is suggested that the salesperson apply a system to improve storage to optimize resources, also expand its product catalog and implement regulations for correct compliance with agreements.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso con el tema “Gestión de abastecimiento en el comercial Zurita de la ciudad de Babahoyo en el periodo 2023” contiene las mayores problemáticas que el establecimiento presenta las cuales son una demanda superior a la oferta, inadecuado almacenamiento y bajas ventas, el fin de su realización es la importancia que tiene la gestión de abastecimiento en cualquier empresa. El objetivo principal es Analizar la gestión de abastecimiento mediante técnicas de investigación para detectar los puntos críticos, el método utilizado fue el descriptivo el cual amplió la perspectiva acerca de los factores causales de la organización, las técnicas que se implementaron fueron el análisis de factores internos mediante una Matriz EFI además de un cuestionario de preguntas que se estructuró para poder realizar una entrevista al gerente del establecimiento. Los resultados obtenidos a través de los instrumentos de investigación demuestran que los factores internos que afectan a la empresa en el área de abastecimiento son las falencias que presentan los productos, el poco inventario, la participación en el mercado muy baja y que el inadecuado sistema que manejan retrasa los procesos, al realizar la entrevista se determinó las problemáticas y situación con los proveedores que aunque se cuenta con un sistema de gestión de relación los acuerdos incumplidos no son penalizados, por este motivo se sugiere que el comercial aplique un sistema de mejora de almacenamiento para optimizar recursos, así mismo ampliar su catálogo de productos e implementar reglamentos para el correcto cumplimento de los acuerdos.es_ES
