| dc.description | This case study was conducted with the objective of analyzing the budget reduction and the affectation to the social projects of the Decentralized Autonomous Rural Parochial Government of Ricaurte in the period 2023. This is a multi-method study that combines quantitative, qualitative and analytical methods. The results show the differences between the initial, allocated and budgeted budgets, the efficiency and effectiveness of the budget execution and the effects on the Child Development Centers and the Elderly - Disabled Project. It provides a general overview of the projects of the Decentralized Autonomous Rural Parish Government of Ricaurte and offers recommendations in favor of these projects. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Este estudio de caso se realizó con el objetivo de analizar la reducción presupuestaria y la afectación a los proyectos sociales del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Parroquial Rural de Ricaurte en el periodo 2023. Se trata de un estudio con enfoque multimétodo que combina el método cuantitativo, cualitativo y analítico. Los resultados evidencian las diferencias del presupuesto inicial, asignado y presupuestado, la eficiencia y eficacia de la ejecución del presupuesto y las afectaciones ocasionadas en los Centros de Desarrollo Infantil y Proyecto Adulto Mayor – Discapacitado. Otorgando un panorama general de los proyectos del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Parroquial Rural de Ricaurte y brindando recomendaciones en pro de dichos proyectos. | es_ES |
