The main objective is to analyze how working and operating conditions impact customer satisfaction. To do this, a comprehensive diagnosis of the work environment was carried out and the company's competitive position was evaluated through a SWOT analysis. In addition, necessary strategies were identified to improve customer satisfaction, taking into account both internal strengths and weaknesses. This study finally offered recommendations to optimize the performance of Colombian Pizza and strengthen its presence in the market of the city of Babahoyo. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso titulado "Satisfacción al cliente en Colombian Pizza de la ciudad de Babahoyo en la provincia de Los Ríos en el período 2023" examina diversos aspectos relacionados con la experiencia del cliente y el desempeño interno de la pizzería. El objetivo principal es analizar cómo las condiciones laborales y operativas impactan en la satisfacción del cliente. Para ello, se llevó a cabo un diagnóstico exhaustivo del entorno de trabajo y se evaluó la posición competitiva de la empresa a través de un análisis FODA. Además, se identificaron estrategias necesarias para mejorar la satisfacción del cliente, teniendo en cuenta tanto las fortalezas como las debilidades internas. Este estudio finalmente ofreció recomendaciones para optimizar el rendimiento de Colombian Pizza y fortalecer su presencia en el mercado de la ciudad de Babahoyo. | es_ES |
