| dc.description | The current study in the economic index, quality of service and population development have allowed the inhabitants to increase productivity and tourism activity in order to offer their children a good living and improvement of the quality of life. Hence the planning and commitment of the public sector to implement new strategies and construction of works that guarantee an equitable development, competent for its constituents. Considering that one of the principles is the quality of life in education, recreation spaces, health and, above all, basic services for all sectors, whether urban or rural. This is why, according to the studies carried out and the main objectives of the Good Living Plan, it has been decided to carry out a design for the supply of drinking water, sewerage and flood control in rural areas, which entails citizens having access to this quality service. The case study carried out is a Development and Social Commitment Plan of the Municipal Public Company of Sanitation and Environmental of Babahoyo (EMSABA EP), which the municipality has as objective the amplitude of the service and to develop a system of potable water, sewerage and flood control in the parishes of La Union, Febres-Cordero, Caracol and Pimocha; as well as the infrastructure for customer service. | dc.description.abstract | El actual estudio en el índice económico, calidad de servicio y desarrollo poblacional han permitido que los habitantes aumenten la productividad y actividad turística con el fin de ofrecer a sus hijos (as) el buen vivir y mejoramiento de la calidad de vida. De allí parte la planificación y compromiso del sector público para implementar nuevas estrategias y construcción de obras que garanticen un desarrollo equitativo, competente para sus mandantes. Considerando que uno de los principios es la calidad de vida en educación, espacios de recreación, salud y sobre todo los servicios básicos para todos los sectores ya sean estos urbanos o rurales. Es por esto que según a los estudios realizados y los objetivos primordiales del Plan del Buen Vivir se ha optado en realizar un diseño para el abastecimiento de agua potable, alcantarillado y control de inundaciones en los sectores rurales mismo que conlleva a los ciudadanos a tener acceso a este servicio de calidad. El estudio de caso realizado es un Plan de desarrollo y compromiso social de la Empresa Pública Municipal de Saneamiento y Ambiental de Babahoyo (EMSABA EP), el cual la municipalidad tiene como objetivo la amplitud del servicio y desarrollar un sistema de agua potable, alcantarillado y control de inundaciones en las parroquias La Unión, Febres- Cordero, Caracol y Pimocha; además de la infraestructura para la atención al cliente. La ejecución del estudio de caso se llevó acabo a inicio del mes de Marzo en el período 2017 mediante un plan de trabajo, comenzando con la indagación del departamento técnico – comercial de la empresa conociendo cuales serían las problemáticas principales de la comunidad, las conexiones que utilizan y el sistema de alcantarillado, conocimiento del plan de desarrollo y compromiso para las parroquias afectadas, financiamiento, funcionalidades y departamentos involucrados; además del control y evaluación de la planificación | es_ES |
