| dc.description | SUMMARY The experimental work was carried out in the swine farm of Mr. Pablo Moreno in the San Joaquin enclosure of the Babahoyo-Montalvo road. Duration of the experimental work was 28 days. The objective of this work was to evaluate the effect of three doses of phytase on weaned pigs. A completely randomized design "D.C.A" was used with three treatments and eight replicates with eight pigs per treatment and one for each replicate, thus forming eight experimental units with a total of 24 pigs. The test of the treatments was carried out with the Tucker test (P0,05), the statistical program InfoStat version 2012 was used. Three levels of phytase (T1 = 0g, T2 = 200g, T3 = 400g). The variables studied were: Body weight, average food intake, average weight gain, feed conversion and cost benefit ratio. The productive parameters analyzed with the Tukey test P <0.05, presented significant differences between the treatments. The levels of 200 gt -1 and 400 gt -1 phytase added in the pigs diets in the growth phase showed higher weights (48.57; 48.43 kg) relative to the control (46.88 kg) in The fourth week of the experiment. Higher feed intake obtained treatment without addition of phytase (18.40 kg) in the fourth week. Better weight gain is achieved with the addition of 400 gt-1 phytase in weeks: One 650g / day; Two 787.71 g / day, three 814.28 g / day and four 845.71 g / day. Greater feed conversion is achieved with the addition of 200 gt-1 (2.62 kg / kg) of phytase in the diet, in the fourth week of the test. | dc.description.abstract | RESUMEN El trabajo experimental se realizó en la granja porcina del Sr. Pablo Moreno en el recinto San Joaquín de la vía Babahoyo-Montalvo. Periodo de duración del trabajo experimental fue de 28 días. El objetivo de este trabajo fue evaluar el efecto de tres dosis de fitasa en cerdos destetados. Se empleó un diseño completamente al azar “D.C.A” con tres tratamientos y ocho repeticiones con ocho cerdos por tratamiento y uno por cada repetición, formando así ocho unidades experimentales con un total de 24 cerdos. La comprobación de la medida de los tratamientos se la realizó con la prueba de Tucker (P˂0,05), se utilizó el programa estadístico InfoStat versión 2012. Se evaluó tres niveles de fitasa (T1=0g, T2=200g, T3=400g). Las variables estudiadas fueron: Peso corporal, consumo promedio de alimento aumento promedio de peso, conversión alimenticia y relación beneficio costo. Los parámetros productivos analizados con la prueba de Tukey P<0,05, presentaron diferencias significativas entre los tratamientos. Los niveles de 200 gt-1 y 400 gt-1 de fitasa adicionada en las dietas para cerdos en la fase de crecimiento, mostraron pesos superiores (48,57; 48,43 kg) en relación al testigo (46,88 kg) en la cuarta semana del experimento. Mayor consumo de alimento obtuvo el tratamiento sin adición de fitasa (18,40 kg) en la cuarta semana. Mejor la ganancia de peso se consigue con la adición de 400 gt-1 de fitasa en las semanas: uno 650g/día; dos 787,71g/día, tres 814,28 g/día y cuatro 845,71 g/día. Mayor conversión alimenticia se logra con la adición de 200 gt-1 (2,62 kg/kg) de fitasa en la dieta, en la cuarta semana del ensayo.
