| dc.description | Computer systems in companies commonly seek to streamline their processes to automate the work of each department and thus save time and improve their services to citizens, whose purpose is to ensure quality of service to the public sector, you see the opportunity to have a to provide the resources and meet the needs of the workforce at the national level. The national transit agency emerged in 2014, considering, Art. 264 of the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, gives the municipalities exclusive powers to project, control and regulate public transport and transit within its cantonal territory. The Decentralized Autonomous Government of the San Francisco Canton of Puebloviejo requests to have the active capacity to plan, organize and regulate the transit and ground transportation within its jurisdiction. Nowadays in Ecuador, the National Traffic Agency is using the AXIS version 4.0 system, which is causing some problems in the information income and exits processes, due to the different factors that exist. Currently in the National Transit Agency of the Puebloviejo canton there are many incidents in the registration system, at the time a registration renewal to the same owner, which lasted approximately 5 minutes, sometimes the system collapses and delay in responding taking a time of 15 or 30 minutes per person and as a result does not take effective advantage of resources. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Los sistemas informáticos en las empresas comúnmente buscan agilizar sus procesos para automatizar los trabajos de cada departamento y así ahorrar tiempo y mejorar sus servicios a la ciudadanía, cuyo propósito es garantizar la calidad de servicio al sector público, se ve la oportunidad de tener un medio para proporcionar los recursos y satisfacer las necesidades al personal de trabajo a nivel nacional. La agencia nacional de tránsito surgió en el año 2014 considerando, Art. 264 de la Constitución de la República del Ecuador, otorga a los Municipios competencias exclusivas para proyectar, controlar y regular el transporte público y transito dentro de su territorio cantonal. El Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del Cantón San Francisco de Puebloviejo, solicita disponer de la capacidad activa, para planear, organizar y regular el tránsito y transporte terrestre dentro de su jurisdicción. Hoy en día en el Ecuador la Agencia Nacional de Tránsito está utilizando el sistema AXIS versión 4.0 en la cual esta ocasionando algunos problemas en los procesos ingresos y egresos de información, debido a los distintos factores que existen. Actualmente en la Agencia Nacional de Tránsito del cantón Puebloviejo existe muchas incidencias en el sistema de matriculación, al momento ingresar una renovación de matrícula al mismo propietario, el cual duraba aproximadamente 5 minutos, a veces el sistema se colapsa y demora en responder tomando un tiempo de 15 o 30 minutos por persona y como resultado no aprovecha de forma efectiva los recursos. | es_ES |
