| dc.description | The present investigation has as its theme "Accounting Control Based on the Determination of the Production Cost of the "WPSA Construction Company" whose activity main is the construction, it is located in the city of Babahoyo on the street Malecón and Flores, its legal representative is Arq. María Fernanda Pazmiño Santamaría. For this reason, the case study was taken as an object in order to observe the flaws when recognizing the costs that the company has been incurring, this is in order to provide information that allows decisions to be made and at the same time minimize costs and maximize the benefits. Its main objective is to carry out a technical study to determine the requirements necessary for the construction, taking the costs as a base of reliable information during the construction time. | dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación tiene como tema el “Control Contable en Base a la Determinación del Costo de Producción De La “Constructora WPSA” cuya actividad principal es la construcción, se encuentra ubicada en la ciudad de Babahoyo en la calle malecón y flores, su Representante legal es la Arq. María Fernanda Pazmiño Santamaría. Por tal motivo se tomó como objeto el caso de estudio con la finalidad de observar las falencias al momento de reconocer los costos que la empresa ha estado incurriendo, esto es con el fin de brindar una información que permita tomar decisiones y a su vez minimizar los costos y maximizar los beneficios. Su objetivo principal es realizar un estudio técnico para determinar los requerimientos necesarios para la construcción teniendo los costos como base de información confiable durante el tiempo de construcción. El caso es realizado en la empresa constructora WPSA se llevara mediante la metodología cualitativa que permite la recolección de información y datos de forma directa del objeto, este se realizara con los trabajadores que directa o indirectamente influya en la realización de la construcción así como también los materiales directos e indirectos de la obra | es_ES |
