| dc.description | Revenues for the physical spaces administered by the Municipal GAD of Babahoyo is a problem at present, many of the contracted physical spaces do not reach their end due to the abandonment of the contracting parties, leaving debts in the Municipality and therefore damaging the budget by making reduction to the accounts that is established for the arrangements. The municipality is in charge of all the activities that are carried out within the canton, but for better management, it is necessary to section the activities in several areas, in this case they are called headquarters; The next case study focuses on one of the departments and this is Mercados y Bahías where this problem occurs. In this case there are a number of consequences or difficulties that adjudicate the abandonment of physical spaces, leaving debts to the Municipality of the Babahoyo canton, the estimated money collection is not carried out at one hundred percent, leaving debts, directly affecting in the budget established by the Municipality of Babahoyo, which will not allow the development of the canton, much of the responsibility falls on this area of administration, evidencing lack of leadership with one of the important accounts in the city and also leaving several adrift markets that are in decline the image and marketing by several aspects that are detailed in the following case. | dc.description.abstract | Los Ingresos por los espacios físicos administrados por el GAD Municipal de Babahoyo es una problemática en la actualidad, muchos de los espacios físicos contratados no llegan a su término por el abandono de los contratantes, dejando deudas en el Municipio y por ende perjudicando al presupuesto haciendo reducción a las cuentas que está establecido para los arreglos. El Municipio es el encargado de todas las actividades que se realizan dentro del cantón, pero para mejor manejo, es necesario seccionar las actividades en varias áreas, en este caso se denominan jefatura; el siguiente caso de estudio se centra en uno de los departamentos y esta es de Mercados y Bahías en donde incurre esta problemática. En el presente caso se manifiestan un sinnúmero de consecuencias o dificultades que adjudican el abandono de los espacios físicos, dejando deudas al Municipio del cantón de Babahoyo, la recaudación de dinero estimada no se lleva a cabo al cien por ciento, dejando deudas, afectando directamente en el presupuesto establecido por el Municipio de Babahoyo, lo cual no permitirá el desarrollo del cantón, mucha de la responsabilidad recae en esta área de administración, evidenciando falta de liderazgo con una de las cuentas importantes en la ciudad y además dejando a la deriva varios mercados que van en declive la imagen y comercialización por varios aspectos que se detallan en el siguiente caso. En este trabajo se demostrara la forma de la administración de los espacios físicos, cuales son los déficit que tiene este, en cuanto a la administración y las problemáticas que se presentan gracias a los inconvenientes dentro de la organización; además se mencionara cuáles son las dificultades encontradas dentro de los espacios físicos de la ciudad. | es_ES |
