| dc.description | The Rural Parochial Decentralized Autonomous Government of San Juan de Juana de Oro belonging to the San Francisco Canton of Pueblo Viejo is located 22 km from the provincial capital of Los Ríos. The parish GAD San Juan has an organizational structure of democratic ideal where its highest authority is the president of the parish government, vice president, treasurer - secretary and followed by principal and alternate members respectively. El GAD parroquial San Juan cuenta con una estructura organizacional de ideal democrática donde su máxima autoridad es el presidente del gobierno parroquial, vicepresidente, tesorero – secretario y seguido de vocales principales y suplentes respectivamente. El código de planificación y finanzas publicas en su artículo 150, establece que en cada entidad se instaurará la unidad administradora de la ejecución del Unidad de Contabilidad Gubernamental de tal manera que le permita reconocer la información presupuestaria y contable por separado. | es_ES |
