En esta organización laboran seis colaboradores con diferentes responsabilidades en donde se puede notar que no existe un buen clima laboral, es por eso que los empleados no desempeñan sus actividades al cien por ciento y denotan que no tienen una buena relación laboral, esto ocasiona una comunicación deficiente dando paso a información errónea | es_ES |
