dc.description	This case study aims to analyze the recovery of the loan portfolio of the commercial La Ganga of the San Juan parish, analyze the techniques in terms of risk management and thus be able to determine and identify what are its weaknesses. The methodology to be used in the present case study is oriented to a non-experimental cross-sectional design because it refers to a certain time, place and the qualitative variables are not manipulated. The results obtained show that no specific strategies are applied to reduce credit risks. Credit policies and credit authorization are considered under the general terms issued from its parent	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El presente caso de estudio tiene como objetivo el análisis de la recuperación de la cartera de crédito del comercial La Ganga de la parroquia San Juan, analizar las técnicas en cuanto al manejo de riesgos y así poder determinar e identificar cuáles son sus puntos débiles. La metodología a emplear en el presente caso de estudio, se orienta a un diseño transversal no experimental por cuanto se remite a un determinado tiempo, lugar y no se manipulan las variables, cualitativa. En los resultados obtenidos se evidencia que no se aplican estrategias específicas para reducir los riesgos en los créditos. Las políticas crediticias y la autorización de los créditos están consideradas bajos los términos generales emitidas desde su matriz	es_ES
