dc.description	Technology forms a strategic role in organizational activities, which is why the present research carried out in the Antel company aims to analyze the “Artianexos SA” system because it presents difficulties when activating or canceling a computer service, in addition , the incorrect manipulation of the computing devices causes that the optimal operation of the system was not carried out efficiently causing the delay of the processes, for this, the research methodology used was the type of descriptive research; Deductive method; Survey technique through the implementation of a questionnaire, which allowed the collection of the necessary information to identify system anomalies with the help of the black box test	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	La tecnología forma un rol estratégico en las actividades organizacionales, razón por la cual, la presente investigación realizada en la empresa Antel tiene como objetivo analizar el sistema “Artianexos S.A.” debido a que presenta dificultades al momento de activar o cancelar un servicio informático, además, la incorrecta manipulación de los dispositivos informáticos provoca que el funcionamiento óptimo del sistema no se efectué de forma eficiente causando el retraso de los procesos, para ello, la metodología de investigación empleada fue el tipo de investigación descriptiva; método deductivo; técnica de encuestas mediante la implementación de un cuestionario de preguntas, el cual permitió recolectar la información necesaria para identificar las anomalías del sistema con la ayuda de la prueba de caja negra	es_ES
