dc.description	The public administration comes to be constitute in everything that the state decides to do for the population is reflected from the social part to the economic, oriented to guide and promote strategies that improve the quality of life of citizens, reference is also made to the importance of public services in society since they allow us to provide social, family and personal well-being satisfying the needs of the user. They purpose of the research will basically be to create digital content to improve the functioning of the organization and the quality of the services it offers to the community, also disseminate information online to citizens about the services offered by the institution to achieve the goals set by the state, it should be mentioned that the main objective of the case study is focused on determining whether the public administration affects the provision of services to the user offered by the department of Crime Prevention Directorate of the Ministry of Interior, in this investigation, the survey was applied as a technique in order to obtain a quick and effective response to the problem posed within the organization, with the intention of improving the professional field to ensure sustainable development	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	La administración pública viene a constituirse en todo aquello que el estado decida hacer, la población se encuentra reflejada desde la parte social hasta lo económico, orientado a guiar y promover estrategias que mejoren la calidad de vida de los ciudadanos, también se hace referencia a la importancia de los servicios públicos en la sociedad pues permiten brindar un bienestar social, familiar y personal satisfaciendo las necesidades del usuario. El propósito de la investigación estará enfocado básicamente en crear contenidos digitales para mejorar el funcionamiento de la organización y la calidad de los servicios que ofrece a la comunidad, también difundir información vía online a los ciudadanos sobre los servicios que brinda la institución para alcanzar las metas fijadas que tiene el estado, hay que mencionar que el objetivo principal del estudio de caso está enfocado en determinar si la administración pública incide en la prestación de servicios al usuario que ofrece el departamento de Dirección de Prevención del Delito del Ministerio del Interior, en esta investigación se aplicó como técnica la encuesta de manera que permite obtener respuesta de formar rápida y eficaz al problema planteado dentro de la organización, con la intención de mejorar el campo profesional para garantizar un desarrollo sostenible	es_ES
