dc.description | The Human Resources department of the private security company León de Judah in the city of Babahoyo has problems in the development of administrative procedures and in the management of human talent, because no performance indicators are used to evaluate the activities of the personnel administrative and operational; In addition, there are errors in document management, such as the incorrect preparation of payroll that makes interdepartmental coordination with the Financial Department difficult, so the objective of the investigation represents an analysis of the processes that are executed in the Human Resources area. The methodology of the case study is shaped by the type of descriptive research that helps to identify particular facts on the subject analyzed, the inductive method is also used because it allows a synthesis of the causes and effects caused by the problem under study; It is important to mention that the information has been obtained through the application of the structured survey technique with a questionnaire as an instrument, applied to the observation units. The conclusion of the investigation determines the little internal control in the development of the activities that are executed in the area of human resources. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El departamento de Recursos Humanos de la empresa de seguridad privada León de Judá de la ciudad de Babahoyo presenta inconvenientes en el desarrollo de procedimientos administrativos y en la gestión del talento humano, debido a que no se emplean indicadores de desempeño que evalúen las actividades del personal de administración y operativo; además se producen errores en la gestión documental, como la elaboración incorrecta de nóminas que dificulta la coordinación interdepartamental con la Dirección Financiera, por lo que el objetivo de la investigación representa un análisis de los procesos que se ejecutan en el área de Recursos Humanos. La metodología del caso de estudio se conforma por el tipo de investigación descriptiva que ayuda a la identificación de hechos particulares sobre la temática analizada, también se emplea el método inductivo porque permite una síntesis de las causas y efectos que provoca el problema objeto de estudio; es importante mencionar que la información ha sido obtenida por medio de la aplicación de la técnica encuesta estructurada con un cuestionario como instrumento, aplicado a las unidades de observación. La conclusión de la investigación determina el escaso control interno en el desarrollo de las actividades que se ejecutan en el área de recursos humanos. | es_ES |
