Se utilizó una metodología de investigación cualitativa y se aplicaron encuestas a los empleados, con esta información se pudo encontrar factores como la motivación, la remuneración, las metas de ventas, la capacitación, seguridad en el trabajo, entre otras con lo que se procedió a realizar las conclusiones del caso de estudio. | es_ES |
