dc.description.abstract | Las empresas en la actualidad deben de promover sus actividades en los medios más utilizados para así poder tener una información precisa a sus clientes tanto actuales como potenciales, para la realización del presente trabajo se llevó a cabo una metodología de investigación cualitativa con la finalidad de determinar los problemas que se presentan en Soluciones Visuales S.A. y poder llegar a conclusiones que permitan dar una realidad más completa de lo sucedido en esta empresa en relación a sus ventas.
