| dc.description | The health center Gualberto Andriouli of the city of Montalvo, is an institution dedicated to the offer of medical services with the objective of satisfying the needs of the inhabitants of the locality who are looking for a timely and quality medical care, which is why , the Health Center must have a human talent that possesses skills necessary for the development of internal activities, however, in the health house there have been inconveniences related to the sufficiency of staff, problems with appointment schedules and absence of medical implements that prevent quality care. The methodology that the case study has is made up of the types of descriptive and field research, because they allow obtaining information from the observation units, in addition the inductive method and survey are used, research tools that provide relevant data. according to the premise of study. The results obtained show the weaknesses of the Gualberto Andriouli Health Center regarding the management of human talent due to the presence of inappropriate behaviors such as absenteeism, in addition there are no necessary medical tools to assist the local population and how the last finding detected inappropriate levels of empathy are mentioned by the people who make up the institution. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El centro de salud Gualberto Andriouli de la ciudad de Montalvo, es una institución dedicada a la oferta de servicios médicos con el objetivo de satisfacer las necesidades de los habitantes de la localidad que buscan de una atención médica oportuna y de calidad, motivo por el cual, el Centro de Salud debe contar con un talento humano que posea habilidades necesarias para el desarrollo de las actividades internas, sin embargo, en la casa de salud se han presentado inconvenientes relacionados con la suficiencia del personal, problemas con el agendamientos de citas y ausencia de implementos médicos que impiden una atención de calidad. La metodología que posee el caso de estudio, está conformada por los tipos de investigación descriptiva y de campo, porque permiten la obtención de información de las unidades de observación, además se emplea el método inductivos y encuesta, herramientas de investigación que aportan con datos relevantes según la premisa de estudio. Los resultados obtenidos demuestran las debilidades del Centro de Salud Gualberto Andriouli en cuanto a la gestión de talento humano por la presencia de comportamientos inadecuado como el absentismo, además no existen los implementos médicos necesarios para atender a la población de la localidad y cómo último hallazgo detectado se menciona los niveles de empatía inapropiados de parte de las personas que integran la institución. | es_ES |
