dc.description | There are countless departments and systems, managing a hotel today can be a very complex challenge. To remain competitive in the hotel industry today, it is essential to use software applications for the growth of a hotel, where these are easily and smoothly integrated with other programs; Hoteliers will not only benefit from significant cost savings but also increase the productivity of their company. Such cases in the Orange Sweet Hotel that is located in the Canton Las Naves-Province of Bolívar diverse and tourist area, The Processes that are carried out are manually, that is, they are carried out in registration sheets evidencing that the activities are not carried out in an optimal or safe way. This does not allow the Administrator to access information instantly and in real time as what is a technological tool. In this case study qualitative research was applied, which is based on the inductive methodology where techniques are used to collect data such as unstructured observation, open interviews, document review, evaluation of personal experiences and based on an interpretative perspective, centered on the understanding of the meaning of the actions carried out by living beings, the hypotheses are developed during the research process and is based on the methods of data collection not standardized to numerical measurement, its purpose is to reconstruct reality as As if examining the actors of a previously defined social system, the important characteristics that apply to the qualitative approach are: it shows collection and analysis in which they are elaborated in a synchronized way. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | Existen incontables departamentos y sistemas, la administración de un hotel hoy en día puede ser un reto muy complejo. Para seguir siendo competitivos en la industria hotelera en la actualidad, es fundamental emplear aplicaciones software para el crecimiento un hotel, donde estos se integren sencillamente y sin contratiempos con otros programas; los hoteleros no sólo se favorecen de un relevante ahorro de costes sino que también aumentan la productividad de su empresa. Tales casos en el Hotel Naranja Sweet que se encuentra ubicado en el Cantón Las Naves-Provincia de Bolívar zona diversa y turística, los Procesos que se realizan son de forma manual es decir se los realizan en hojas de registro evidenciando que las actividades no se realizan de una manera óptima, ni segura. Esto no le permite al Administrador acceder a la información de manera instantánea y en tiempo real como lo aria una herramienta tecnológica. En este estudio de caso se aplicó la investigación cualitativa, que se fundamenta con la metodología inductiva donde utiliza técnicas para recolectar datos como la observación no estructurada, entrevistas abiertas, revisión de documentos, evaluación de experiencias personales y se basa en una perspectiva interpretativa, centrada en el entendimiento del significado de las acciones que realizan los seres vivos, las hipótesis se generan durante el proceso de la investigación y se apoya en métodos de recolección de datos no estandarizados a un medición numérica, su propósito consiste en reconstruir la realidad tal y como se examina los actores de un sistema social preliminarmente definido, las características importantes que se aplicaran del enfoque cualitativo son: muestra recolección y análisis en el cual se elaboran de una forma sincronizada. | es_ES |
