| dc.description.abstract | El presente caso de estudio está orientado hacia el análisis de la funcionalidad del portal web del GAD Municipal del Cantón Vinces de la Provincia de Los Ríos, la gestión de contenido del portal web no está en base a los requerimientos tecnológicos actuales por lo tanto es probable que existan inconvenientes al momento de dar una respuesta sobre el aplicativo al usuario. El portal web no cuenta con los protocolos de seguridad necesarios lo que provoca que los usuarios sientan inseguridad al momento de ingresar al portal web, tomando en consideración los temas de seguridad tanto en programación y configuraciones de servidores lo que permite a los usuarios acceder al sistema si un tipo de inconvenientes. El método de investigación empleado para este caso de estudio es el método analítico, el mismo que será de gran importancia ya que permitirá conseguir información detallada que pueda ser verificada de una forma más ágil y precisa logrando que la información recabada sea de gran ayuda para el funcionamiento del sitio web promoviendo la mejor atención y la mayor seguridad, haciendo que esto permita analizar la problemática precisa que existe en el caso de estudio. | es_ES |
