dc.description | Having a decent and stable job is a right and a personal aspiration that every person has, in the vast majority of cases for deaf people, achieving these aspirations is quite a challenge, not only due to the high unemployment rate or the high competitiveness that exists in the workplace, but for the lack of physical and technological tools to help them communicate, learn, develop and function in the workplace. To mitigate this social problem, the CONADIS of the city of Babahoyo offers the Labor Integration Service, which aims to provide guidance to users with disabilities to locate a job or to improve the job profile through specific training in areas such as: Entrepreneurship, Taxation or IT. When training deaf people, the institution faces a particular challenge: providing access to information for deaf people, since there are no content or study guides in sign language, which are difficult and unsatisfactory results. training. dc.description.abstract | Tener un trabajo digno y estable, es un derecho y una aspiración personal que toda persona posee, en la gran mayoría de casos para las personas sordas, lograr dichas aspiraciones es todo un reto, no solo por la alta tasa de desempleo o por la alta competitividad que existe en el mundo laboral, sino por la falta de herramientas físicas y tecnológicas que les ayude a comunicarse, aprender, desarrollarse y desenvolverse en el área laboral. Para mitigar este problema social, el CONADIS de la ciudad de Babahoyo brinda el Servicio de Integración Laboral, el cual tiene por objetivo dar orientación al usuario con discapacidad para ubicar un puesto de trabajo o para mejorar el perfil laboral a través de capacitaciones puntuales en áreas tales como: Emprendimiento, Tributación o Informática. La institución al momento de capacitar a las personas sordas se enfrenta a un particular reto, brindar acceso a la información a las personas sordas, puesto que no existen contenidos o guías de estudio en la lengua de señas, resultado difícil y poco satisfactorio los cursos de capacitación. Con el presente estudio de caso, mediante el estudio de factibilidad técnica, operativa y económica se pretendió conocer de primera mano si existe la disponibilidad de los recursos necesarios para llevar a cabo la creación del software multimedia, de manera que se pueda satisfacer las necesidades de aprendizaje de las personas sordas. | es_ES |
