dc.description | The decentralized autonomous government of the city of Babahoyo is one of the institutions with the greatest management of services, since then it has served the public in its different departments, which over the years have grown considerably according to the regulations of the national government. The growth of computer systems in many public and private companies has evolved over time, helping many business companies, institutions to better decision-making, which has been a case study to find an auxiliary mechanism for customer service. user that allows to obtain fast and timely information without having to go to the municipal offices, which for many people or users has been a bit tedious because when acquiring a document they have to go through several of which collect signatures and stamps from one side to the other all this has generated inconvenience on the part of the users at the same time of the employees which are carried out daily for the cancellation of a service or provision of this is for this reason part of the need to carry out a study in the documentation module which will allow to improve the quality of process management in order to provide a better pr service station. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El gobierno autónomo descentralizado de la ciudad de Babahoyo es una de las instituciones con mayor manejo de servicios, desde entonces realiza atención al público en sus diferentes departamentos los cuales en el transcurso de los años ha crecido considerablemente de acuerdo a la regulación del gobierno nacional. El crecimiento de sistemas informáticos en muchas empresas tanto públicas como privadas ha ido evolucionando mediante el tiempo, ayudando a muchos negocios empresas, instituciones a una mejor toma de decisiones , la cual se ha realizado un caso de estudio para buscar un mecanismo auxiliar de atención al usuario que permita obtener información rápida y oportuna sin necesidad de acudir a las dependencias del municipio la cual para muchas personas o usuarios se les ha resultado un poco tedioso debido a que al momento de adquirir un documento tienen que pasar por varios las cuales recolección de firmas y sellos de una lado a otro todo esto ha generado molestias por parte de los usuarios a la ves de los empleados las cuales se las realiza a diario para la cancelación de un servicio o prestación del mismo es por esto que parte la necesidad de realizar un estudio en el módulo de documentación la cual permita mejorar la calidad de manejo de los procesos en si brindar una mejor prestación de servicios. | es_ES |
