| dc.description.abstract | La autoestima negativa es un conjunto de características que posee el ser humano al no poder enfrentar los problemas por sí mismos y evitar que se sigan preparando este tipo de características depende de cada uno de nosotros, este estudio de caso se realizó en un adolescente de 14 años de la federación deportiva de los ríos la misma que cuenta con bibliografías en las cuales están plasmadas las variables y la terapia y técnica que se aplicó. Este es un caso muy importante ya que el joven de 14 años mantuvo 6 sesiones psicoterapéuticas las cuales las cuatro primeras fueron para recoger datos muy importantes y luego las 2 para aplicar la terapia racional emotiva conductual por medio del modelo ABC donde se pudo diagnosticar una autoestima negativa que influye en su rendimiento deportivo lo cual luego se ha de haber aplicado la técnica se realiza una ficha de observación en la que Joel presentado algunas características de autoestima positiva lo que quiere decir que la terapia fue un éxito y la cual pudo modificar su autoestima y que su rendimiento deportivo sea mucho mejor que el de antes. | es_ES |
