dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso es un análisis de la cartera de crédito de la Empresa Metrocar S.A. Sucursal Babahoyo, el cual se lleva a cabo con la información que la empresa supo facilitar en el cual se observa cómo se encontró la cartera en los periodos 2017 – 2018, observaremos los rubros “vencidos” supera en su mayoría a los “por vencer” llegando a la conclusión de que existe un alto índice de morosidad, así mismo se hace uso de Ratios financieros. A través de los ratios financieros se procedió a analizar la Rotación de la cartera y la periodicidad con que se realizan los cobros, reflejándose así la gestión por parte de la empresa, también se observa que el índice de morosidad se debe a factores ajenos a la empresa, ajenos a la inspección que realiza para la aprobación de los créditos, depende de los cambios financieros que estén atravesando ya sea el cliente o empresa deudoras.es_ES
