| dc.description | This research story is entitled professional skills and their contribution in documentary management. In which we observe the deficiency that secretaries present in their related activities in the commissions of documents that manage in the Hacienda Julia of the canton Babahoyo, as a general objective the analysis is to know what relationship exists between the role of secretaries and administrative processes. The methodological and information-gathering processes were exploratory, descriptive and correlational their designs were non-experimental, field and bibliographic, the methodology applied were the analytical inductive methods that allowed the confrontation of the different theories that were selected and validated to describe variables and structure the theoretical sustenance. It was also considered a population, of 10 people involved in the problem. To this end, the following techniques were applied such as the observation, interview and questionnaire that were the tools that served to obtain the information required to the investigation. This process allowed the analysis of the results by concluding this work showing in the problem raised. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente relato investigativo esta titulada habilidades profesionales y su aporte en la gestión documental. En la cual se observar la deficiencia que presentan las secretarias en sus actividades relacionadas en los encargos de documentos que manejan en la Hacienda la Julia del cantón Babahoyo, como objetivo general el análisis radica en conocer cuál es la relación que existe entre la función de las secretarias y los procesos administrativos. Los procesos metodológicos y de recolección de la información fue de tipo Exploratoria, descriptiva y correlacional sus diseños fue no experimental, de campo y bibliográfica, la metodología aplicada fueron los métodos inductivo analítico que permitieron la confrontación de las distintas teorías que fueron seleccionadas y validadas para describir las variables y estructurar le sustento teórico. También se consideró una población, de 10 personas involucradas en la problemática. Para ello se aplicó las siguientes técnicas como la observación, la entrevista y el cuestionario que fueron los instrumentos que sirvieron para obtener la información que se requería hacia la investigación. Este proceso permitió el análisis de los resultados haciendo llegar a la conclusión de dicho trabajo de mostrando en la problemática planteada. | es_ES |
