dc.description | Cellulite disease is associated with the presence of ulcers, wounds, scratching lesions and other skin diseases. This pathology affects the subcutaneous tissue of the skin, the most vulnerable groups to contracting it being the elderly and the child population between 7 and 12 years of age. Cellulitis has two origins, being caused by two types of bacteria which are Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus pyogenes. And in turn this can be classified according to the manifestation of its symptoms as mild, moderate and severe. (OMS, 2020). The present clinical case study was presented in a 7-year-old schoolboy who was ruled with a definitive diagnosis of cellulitis on the back of the left foot, evidenced by laboratory tests that reflect alteration in leukocyte values. And through the assessment of functional patterns and physical examination, a nursing care process was developed through the use of Nanda, Noc, Nic, with the purpose of recovering the school's health and establishing certain risk factors that can generate the suffering of other diseases due to the overweight that the patient is acquiring. So we proceed to try that the patient adapts to a new healthier lifestyle. | es_ES |

| es_ES |
