The general objective is to analyze the evaluation of the customer service process in the company Constructora Consvivisa S.A. from the city of Babahoyo. dc.description.abstract | El trabajo realizado a través de un estudio de caso se desarrolla baso en el análisis de las actividades realizadas en el proceso de atención al cliente en la empresa Constructora Consvivisa S.A. de la ciudad de Babahoyo, cuyo problema se presenta cuando se pretende resolver cada una de las necesidades de los clientes, es ahí en donde ingresa la persona especializada para brindarle una pronta solución a sus dificultades, se espera ser tratado con cortesía y gentileza, por una persona que le muestre estar dispuesta a ayudarle. El objetivo es general es analizar evaluación del proceso de atención al cliente en la empresa Constructora Consvivisa S.A. de la ciudad de Babahoyo. La linea de investigación es Empresas Públicas y Privadas; que se encuentra dentro de la gestión de empresarial; se aplicó una metodología basada en una encuesta y en una entrevista, que permitió llegar a conclusiones pertinente. | es_ES |
