dc.descriptionFor the mentioned investigative work, the current condition of the worthy Babahoyo’s Municipal Fire Department is considered, which is a public law institution that provides fire prevention services, relief and provides various support in risk prevention programs to public and private entities, The purpose of this research case is to analyze the influence of organizational processes on job performance through an internal evaluation of the company discussed above, therefore, it is essential to point out, based on the different theoretical supports of a series of authors, methods of research and tools such as the interview and the survey, is possible to obtain valid results that diagnose that it is evident that the organizational processes influence the development of the administrative functions of collaborators to the point that a wrong perception of the institution begins to form due to the dissatisfaction of its employees, due to the fact that superior managers do not exercise exemplary leadership that projects inspiration and motivation to their work team at the time of decision-making to resolve disagreements between employees through assertive communication and teach them to accept continuous improvement challenges.es_ES

dc.description.abstractPara el trabajo investigativo en mención se considera la condición actual del benemérito Cuerpo de Bomberos Municipal de Babahoyo el cual es una institución de derecho público que presta servicios de prevención de incendios, socorro y brinda diversos apoyos en programas de prevención de riesgo a entidades pública y privadas, el propósito de este estudio de caso es analizar la influencia de los procesos organizacionales en el desempeño laboral mediante una evaluación interna de la empresa antes abordada, por tanto, es imprescindible señalar en base a los distintos sustentos teóricos de una serie de autores, métodos de investigación y de las herramientas como la entrevista y la encuesta se logra obtener válidos resultados que diagnostican que es evidente que los procesos organizacionales influyen en el desarrollo de las funciones administrativas de los colaboradores al punto que se comienza a formar una equivocada percepción de la institución por la insatisfacción de sus empleados, debido que los mandos superiores no ejercen un liderazgo ejemplar que proyecte inspiración y motivación a su equipo de trabajo al momento de la toma de decisiones para resolver mediante la comunicación asertiva los desacuerdos entre empleados y enseñarles a aceptar desafíos de mejora continua.es_ES
