dc.descriptionThis research is based on the importance of a correct filing and classification system of the information that a company emits and receives during the development of its functions. In the “San Antonio” cooperative, the absence of a document management procedure was analyzed from an internal context, detailing all the problems caused and their effect on the processes carried out by the aforementioned entity. For the collection of information, a survey was used as an investigative method, which was directed to the workers of the entity due to the daily manipulation that they maintain with the files, their answers would provide clarity regarding the problem presented; In addition, an interview was carried out with the Compliance Officer of the cooperative, considering that the main function of his position is to verify that all processes are carried out correctly and on whom the fulfillment of the specific objectives of the institution depends. Based on the results obtained, it was concluded that those who make up the organization do not apply techniques for the proper management of documents, hence the generation of inconveniences related to the subject. The inadequate filing of documents and the slowness of the communications in the COAC "San Antonio" generate disorganization, loss of time and delay in the fulfillment of the objectives affecting the business effectiveness.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación se fundamenta en la importancia de un correcto sistema de archivo y clasificación de la información que una empresa emite y recepta durante el desarrollo de sus funciones. En la cooperativa “San Antonio” la ausencia de un procedimiento de gestión documental se analizó desde un contexto interno, detallando todos los problemas causados y el efecto de los mismos en los procesos llevados a cabo por la entidad mencionada. Para la recolección de información se empleó como método investigativo una encuesta, la cual fue dirigida a los trabajadores de la entidad debido a la manipulación diaria que los mismos mantienen con los archivos, sus respuestas bridarían claridad en cuanto a la problemática presentada; además se efectuó una entrevista al Oficial de Cumplimiento de la cooperativa, considerando que la función principal de su cargo es constatar que todos los procesos se desarrollen correctamente y de quien depende el cumplimiento de los objetivos específicos de la institución. En base a los resultados obtenidos se concluyó que quienes conforman la organización no aplican técnicas para la gestión adecuada de documentos, de allí la generación de los inconvenientes relacionados con el tema. El inadecuado archivo de documentos y la lentitud de las comunicaciones en la COAC “San Antonio” generan desorganización, pérdida de tiempo y retraso en el cumplimiento de los objetivos afectando la efectividad empresarial.es_ES
