dc.descriptionThe administrative management of human resources allows the members that make up the company or entity in walking each of their efforts towards the achievement of the objectives based on administrative principles such as organization, planning, direction and control depending on each of their activities , so that each employee is placed in the appropriate position and has the academic training and experience necessary to perform the tasks entrusted to them in an efficient and effective way to achieve the organization's goals. The correct management of human resources allows an increase in competitiveness, helps to overcome a productivity crisis, increases the pace of work and adapts to social, cultural, demographic and educational changes; obtaining a competitive advantage through their skills, knowledge and capabilities of each of the talents that can be combined and deployed to carry out the tasks effectively, this research is based on the identification of problems around the management of the human resources department of the Ministry of Transport and Public Works located in the city of Babahoyo, being one of the areas of greatest conflict, these problems derive from the recruitment and selection processes of personnel, the lack of a performance evaluation, lack of induction and training to the new staff, job burnout, and poor leadership.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa gestión administrativa de recursos humanos permite que los integrantes que conforman la empresa o entidad en caminen cada uno de sus esfuerzos hacia el logro de los objetivos basados en principios administrativos como la organización, planificación, dirección y control en función a cada una de sus actividades, de manera que cada colaborador sea ubicado en el puesto adecuado y posea la formación académica y experiencia necesaria para desempeñar las tareas encomendadas de una manera eficiente y eficaz para alcanzar los fines de la organización. La correcta gestión de los recursos humanos permite el aumento de la competitividad ayuda a superar crisis de productividad, aumenta el ritmo de trabajo y se adapta a los cambios sociales culturales demográficos y educacionales; obteniendo una ventaja competitiva a través de sus habilidades, conocimientos y capacidades de cada uno de los talentos que pueden combinarse y desplegarse para desarrollar las labores de manera efectiva, esta investigación se basa en la identificación de problemas entorno a la gestión del departamento de recursos humanos del Ministerio de Transporte y Obras Públicas ubicado en la ciudad de Babahoyo, siendo una de las áreas de mayor conflicto estos problemas se derivan de los procesos de reclutamiento y selección de personal, la falta de una evaluación de desempeño, falta de inducción y capacitación al personal de nuevo ingreso, agotamiento laboral y el liderazgo deficiente.es_ES
