| dc.description | The present investigation was carried out with the objective of solving the problem presented in the farm "La Templanza" of Vinces, which through an interview with the manager was able to determine that it presents difficulties with the records of its income and expenses, as well as with the Profit calculations for each crop, taking into account that this farm has a large number of hectares and three varieties of crops that are corn, cocoa and rice, which require different investments throughout the period of each crop, the same Once harvested, they are sold and thus generate income. All this represents essential information for calculating earnings. It is also necessary to know the financial reality of the farm so that the manager can make the best decisions. | dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación se realizó con el objetivo de solucionar la problemática presentada en la hacienda “La Templanza” de Vinces, la cual mediante una entrevista realizada al gerente se pudo determinar que presenta dificultades con los registros de sus ingresos y egresos, así mismo con los cálculos de ganancia por cada cultivo, teniendo en cuenta que esta hacienda cuenta con una gran cantidad de hectáreas y tres variedades de cultivos que son maíz, cacao y arroz, los cuales requieren de diferentes inversiones a lo largo del periodo de cada cultivo, los mismos que una vez cosechados se venden y de esta forma generan ingresos. Todo esto representa información indispensable para el cálculo de ganancias. También es necesario conocer la realidad financiera de la hacienda para de esta manera el gerente pueda tomar las mejores decisiones. Por esta razón se realizó el respectivo estudio de factibilidad operativa, técnica y económica lo cual permitió realizar el debido análisis de factibilidad de la implementación de un sistema contable para esta hacienda, luego del análisis se pudo determinar que el proyecto es viable para su implementación. | es_ES |
