dc.descriptionThe case study that allows the analysis of the creation of audiovisual content and its incidence in the municipality of the Vinces canton, for which both urban and rural populations are considered. With the application of a qualitative-quantitative, descriptive and documentary approach research, applying the interview and the survey as techniques, with a sample of 384 people who were applied the questionnaire with 10 questions where the results were that the 63% of those surveyed live in urban areas, 90% are kept informed of the activities of the Municipality of Vinces through audiovisual content, 70% use social networks to find out about audiovisual content of the Municipality of Vinces, the 74% have a Facebook account and use it to watch audiovisual content, 37% have access to channel 3, and 25% access channel 6, 61% consider that the audiovisual content of the Municipality of Vinces is regular, and 61% indicate that the type of message they perceive is informative. As conclusions, it was had that the audiovisual content designs are not made by professionals, but they use the fanpage of the Municipality of Vinces and the Mayor's staff to publish the videos, they measure the reactions and comments of the people on the social network, thus confirming that audiovisual content videos do not have a greater impact on the population, since they are perceived as regular.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl estudio de caso que permite hacer el análisis de la creación de los contenidos audiovisuales y su incidencia en la municipalidad del cantón Vinces, para lo cual se considera la población tanto urbana como rural. Con la aplicación de una investigación de enfoque cualitativo – cuantitativo, de tipo descriptiva y documental, aplicándose como técnicas la entrevista y la encuesta, con una muestra de 384 personas que se les aplicó el cuestionario con 10 preguntasdonde se tuvo como resultados que el 63% de los encuestados vive en el área urbana, el 90% de los encuestados expresa que sí ha visto los contenidos audiovisuales de las actividades del Municipio de Vinces, el 70% utiliza las redes sociales para informarse de los contenidos audiovisuales del Municipio de Vinces, el 74% tiene una cuenta en Facebook y la utiliza para observar los contenidos audiovisuales, el 37% posee acceso al canal 3, y el 25% accede al canal 6, el 61% considera que los contenidos audiovisuales del Municipio de Vinces son regulares, y el 61% señala que el tipo de mensaje que perciben es de carácter informativo. Como conclusiones se tuvo que los diseños de contenidos audiovisuales no son realizados por profesionales, más utilizan la fanpage del Municipio de Vinces y personal del alcalde para publicar los videos, miden las reacciones y comentarios de la gente en la red social, ratificándose con ello que los videos de contenidos audiovisuales no tienen una mayor incidencia en la población, puesto que los perciben como regulares.es_ES
