dc.descriptionIn this research, independent journalism was analyzed from the point of view of the growth of digital communication media, as well as the causes for migration to virtual platforms for content development, among which is the Organic Law of Communication, which includes In the years 2010 - 2019, it coerced the rights to freedom of expression, before this journalists have sought new alternatives for the generation of content, which do not follow a single line of investigation or the guidelines of a certain group or political section. For the research development, an explanatory descriptive research methodology was used, which was based on bibliographic sources using the interview and the media comparison sheet as a research tool, obtaining as a conclusion that independent journalism is on the rise due to the ease and growth of technological tools, which allow a greater investigative process, in addition to not being governed by a specific law but by community norms which are directly related to the code of professional ethics and morals. Given the analysis of the facts and theoretical statements, it is recommended that independent journalism is a highly praiseworthy alternative, due to the use of resources and mainly due to the capacity of social communicators to do journalism, which is also subject to a deontological code that it must be respected, to generate trustworthiness among readers or subscribers.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEn la presente investigación se analizó como el periodismo independiente desde el punto de vista del crecimiento de los medios de comunicación digital además de las causas para la migración a plataformas virtuales para el desarrollo de contenido entre las cuales está la Ley Orgánica de Comunicación la cual entre los años 2010 – 2019, coactaba los derechos a la libertad de expresión, ante ello los periodistas han buscado nuevas alternativas para la generación de contenidos, los cuales no sigan una línea única de investigación o los lineamientos de un determinado grupo o sección política. Para el desarrollo investigativo se empleó una metodología de investigación descriptiva explicativa, la misma que se basó en fuentes bibliográficas empleando como herramienta de investigación la entrevista y la ficha de comparación de medios, obteniendo como conclusión que el periodismo independiente esta en un auge por la facilidad y crecimiento de las herramientas tecnológicas, las cuales permiten un mayor proceso investigativo, además de que no se rigen a una ley específica pero si a unas normas comunitarias las cuales tienen relación directa con el código de ética y moral profesional. Ante el análisis de los hechos y enunciados teóricos se recomienda que el periodismo independiente es una alternativa altamente loable, por la utilización de los recursos y principalmente por la capacidad de los comunicadores sociales para hacer periodismo, lo que también este sujeto a un código deontológico que se debe respetar, para generar confiabilidad entre los lectores o suscriptores.es_ES
