| dc.description | The purpose of this research is to discover the radio news formats used in Radio Libre in the city of Babahoyo in broadcast radio programs. The investigation was run on the news program. The first elementary procedure of the investigation was to record three consecutive programs of each of the broadcasts studied to identify the journalistic formats and genres used in the sports programs in question. In addition, in the investigation, interviews were conducted with the director of the program treated and a public survey was also carried out to measure and evaluate in some way the quality of said programs. It is necessary to emphasize that the present investigation has among its purposes to reach an approximation towards the way in which journalism has been developing in Babahoyo. Once the purposes of this investigation have been anticipated, it is time to present the details that have been found through the recordings: Then in the Radio Libre programs, the first broadcast of "El Noticiero de la Verdad" is highlighted, because it is the program that gives more space in some way to journalistic genres that are the main purpose of this research. The result reveals that there is little use of journalistic genres in radio programs, because not enough importance is given to those genres and formats recommended by radio specialists. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Esta investigación tiene como fin descubrir los formatos radiofónicos noticiosos que se utilizan en Radio Libre de la ciudad de Babahoyo en los programas radiales transmitidos. La investigación se ejecutó en el programa de noticias. El primer procedimiento elemental de la investigación fue grabar tres programas consecutivos de cada una de las emisiones estudiadas para identificar los formatos y géneros periodísticos que se utilizan en los programas deportivos en cuestión. Además en la investigación se realizó entrevistas al director del programa tratado y también se ejecutó una encuesta al público para medir y evaluar de alguna manera la calidad de dichos programas. Es necesario recalcar que la presente investigación tiene entre sus finalidades alcanzar una aproximación hacia la manera de cómo se viene desarrollando el periodismo en Babahoyo. Una vez anticipado los fines de esta investigación, es la hora de presentar los detalles que se han encontrado mediante las grabaciones: Entonces en los programas de Radio Libre, se resalta la primera emisión de “El Noticiero de la Verdad”, porque es el programa que da mayor espacio de alguna manera a los géneros periodísticos que son la principal finalidad de esta investigación. El resultado revela que existe poco uso de géneros periodísticos en los programas de radio, porque no se presta la suficiente importancia a dichos géneros y formatos que recomiendan los especialistas de este género. | es_ES |
