dc.descriptionThe present clinical case is a 51-year-old female, with a history of obesity from adulthood, a personal history of a mother diagnosed with hypertension with losartan treatment; Patient comes to routine control and indicates that he has felt bad in the last days, he refers that he has presented, low back pain, blurred vision, imbalance, nosebleeds and continuous headaches; Nutritional assessment and reflex is performed a BMI 30.2 kg / m2 Obesity grade I with moderate cardiovascular risk; To normal examination without incident; Vital signs: heart rate 80 beats per minute, blood pressure 140 / 90mmhg, respiratory rate 19 per minute, temperature 36.5 and oxygen saturation 98%, after compiling all the medical information of the patient, she was diagnosed with Hypertension and she was sent 100mg losartan for her treatment. It will start with a dietetic plan that covers the caloric requirements of the patient, the type of diet that will be prescribed will be adjusted to the socioeconomic, cultural and pathological level of the patient, DASH diet divided into 4 meal times, it is a used diet to prevent and control high blood pressure, and together with physical activity will positively improve the health condition from the patient. Through follow-up and monitoring that the patient was performed for two months, very favorable results were obtained, her lipid profile returned to normal, there was a weight loss of 8 kg and her blood pressure levels remained almost within their reference values.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente caso clínico, se trata de una mujer de sexo femenino de 51 años de edad, con antecedentes de Obesidad desde la edad adulta, antecedentes familiares madre diagnosticada con Hipertensión arterial con tratamiento de losartan; Paciente acude a control de rutina e indica que se ha sentido mal en los últimos dias, refiere que ha presentado, dolor lumbar, visión borrosa, desequilibrio, hemorragia nasal y cefaleas continuas; Se realiza la valoración nutricional y reflejo un IMC 30.2 kg/m2 Obesidad grado I con riesgo cardiovascular moderado; Al examen física normal sin novedad; Signos vitales: frecuencia cardiaca 80 latidos por minuto, tensión arterial 140/90mmhg, frecuencia respiratoria 19 por minutos, temperatura 36.5 y saturación de oxigeno 98%; Se realizaron los exámenes bioquímicos correspondientes y reflejaron hipercolesterolemia, hipertrigliceridemia, luego de recopilar toda la información médica de la paciente es diagnosticada con Hipertensión arterial y le envían losartan de 100mg para su tratamiento. Se iniciara con un plan dietoterapeutico que cubra con los requerimientos calóricos de la paciente, el tipo de dieta que se va prescribir se ajustara al nivel socioeconómico, cultural y patológico de la paciente, dieta DASH fraccionada en 4 tiempos de comidas, es una alimentación usada para prevenir y controlar la hipertensión arterial y conjuntamente con el ejercicio físico va a mejorar de manera positiva la condición de salud de la paciente. A través del seguimiento y monitoreó que se realizó a la paciente durante un mes se obtuvieron resultados favorables sus niveles bioquímicos disminuyeron al igual que su tensión arterial disminuyendo así otras comorbilidades en la paciente.es_ES
