dc.descriptionThe present clinical case is a 45-year-old female patient who measures 160cm and weighs 85kg, has blood pressure values of 160/120 mmhg is diagnosed with High Blood Hypertension and Obesity Grade I so it is referred to the Nutritionist for intervention. A nutritional asessment was carried out in which antropometric measures such as weight, size, waist circunference, BMI was 33.20 kg/m2 and Grade In obesity is diagnosed with high cardiometabolic irrigation, it was evident that cholesterol and triglyceride values were altered and food intake was assesed by a 24-hour reminder that inadequate intake of macronutrients and unhealthy preparations was eviden, does not perform physical activity. After carrying out the respective Nutritional assessment, a food plan is developed according to the needs and pathology presented by the patient in order to stabilize and avoid future complications of the pathology and thus improve its nutritional status. The Timely intervention allowed the normal values of cholesterol and triglycerides, blood pressure and body weight reduction evidence in the control and monitoring of the nutritional status of the patient to be established. The clinical case enhanced the importance of food as part of the treatment of pathologies in wihich changes in eating habits play a key role in the improvement and prevention of chronic noncomunicable diseases.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presenta caso clínico es un paciente de sexo femenino de 45 años de edad que mide 160 cm y pesa 85 kg , presenta valores de presión arterial de 160/120mm/Hg es diagnosticada con Hipertensión arterial y Obesidad Grado I por lo cual es remitida al Nutricionista para su intervención. Se procedió a realizar una valoración nutricional en la cual se tomaron medidas antropométricas como el peso, talla, circunferencia de cintura, el IMC fue de 33.20kg/m y se diagnosticó Obesidad grado I con riego cardiometabolico alto se evidencio que los valores de colesterol y triglicéridos se encontraban alterados además se valoró la ingesta de alimentos por medio de un recordatorio de 24 horas en la cual se evidencio una ingesta inadecuada de macronutrientes y preparaciones no saludables, no realiza actividad física. Luego de realizar la valoración Nutricional respectiva se elabora un plan alimentario de acuerdo a las necesidades y patología que presenta la paciente con el fin de estabilizar y evitar futuras complicaciones propias de la patología y así mejorar su estado nutricional, la intervención oportuna, permitió que se establezcas los valores normales de colesterol y triglicéridos, presión arterial y reducción de peso corporal evidenciado en el control y monitoreo del estado nutricional de la paciente. El caso clínico permitió realzar la importancia de la alimentación como parte del tratamiento de patologías en las cuales las modificaciones de hábitos alimentarios tienen un papel fundamental en el mejoramiento y prevención de enfermedades crónicas no transmisibles.es_ES
