dc.description | Anxiety and its influence on the school performance of a student of the educational unit 11 de Octubre del cantón Urdaneta }, aims to determine anxiety and its influence on the school performance of a student. Relating the variables anxiety and school performance, which was carried out a psychological and psychotherapeutic approach of the patient through different techniques and instruments used such as: clinical history, direct observation, semi-structured interview, psychometric techniques such as the Hamilton anxiety scale and anxiety inventory of Beck. Among the results, the DSM5 - ICD10 generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) can be evidenced, there is a relationship between anxiety and school performance, with their interpersonal relationship, emotional-affective relationship, school and their social behavior being detrimental. The objective of this research helped us to carry out a therapeutic scheme using the cognitive behavioral therapy model where goals and techniques were exposed for the possible reduction of symptoms in which the student is willing to collaborate and comply with each of the goals and objective of the treatment plan. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | Ansiedad y su influencia en el rendimiento escolar de un estudiante de la unidad educativa 11 de octubre del cantón Urdaneta , tiene como objetivo determinar la ansiedad y su influencia en el rendimiento escolar de un estudiante. Relacionando las variables ansiedad y rendimiento escolar la cual se llevó acabo un abordaje psicológico y psicoterapéutico del paciente mediante diferentes técnicas e instrumentos utilizados como: historia clínica, observación directa, entrevista semiestructura, técnicas psicométricas como la escala de ansiedad de Hamilton e inventario de ansiedad de Beck. Dentro de los resultados se puede evidenciar del DSM5 – CIE10 trastorno de ansiedad generalizada (TAG), existiendo una relación entre ansiedad y el rendimiento escolar, siendo perjudicial su relación interpersonal, relación emocional- afectiva, escolar y su conducta- social. El objetivo de esta investigación nos ayudó a realizar un esquema terapéutico mediante el modelo de terapia cognitivo conductual donde se expusieron metas y técnicas para la posible reducción de la sintomatología en el cual la estudiante se encuentra dispuesta a poder colaborar y cumplir con cada una de las metas y objetivo del plan terapéutico. | es_ES |
