dc.description | The Evaluation of the Strategies in the Seafood Restaurant "Como en Manabí", considers among its various processes using efficiency in terms of competition and the decrease in sales that it has to resort to all possible means to meet its goals or also remain, exploratory methodology was used, the survey technique was carried out to which it is directed to the target audience, in order to know the current situation of the elements causing the problems that occur in Marisquería "Como en Manabí" ; among which are; low level of sales, ignorance of the management of social networks, little publicity of the business, pandemic covid-19, among many other factors that were used to make the conclusions of the case. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | La Evaluación de las Estrategias en la Marisquería “Como en Manabí”, considera entre sus diversos procesos utilizando la eficiencia en cuanto a la competencia y la disminución de las ventas que tiene que recurrir a todos los medios posibles para el cumplimiento de sus metas o también mantenerse, se utilizó metodología de carácter exploratoria, se realizó la técnica de encuesta a la cual está dirigida a la audiencia meta, con el fin de conocer la situación actual de los elementos causantes de los problemas que se presentan en Marisquería “Como en Manabí”; entre los que se encuentran; nivel bajo de ventas, desconocimiento del manejo de redes sociales, escasa publicidad del negocio, Pandemia covid-19, entre otros muchos factores que se emplearon para poder efectuar las conclusiones del caso. | es_ES |
