| dc.description | The present investigation was carried out in order to determine the use of mobile translation applications as a tool for communication in the English language in the secretaries of the Reybanpac company in the San Juan parish of the Los Ríos province, since the English language is part of daily life when the company is engaged in international trade, in the same way mobile translation applications play a fundamental role in carrying out these commercial agreements. To carry out this case study, survey and interview techniques were used, which were used both for secretaries and administrative staff with the sole purpose of collecting all the necessary information and in such a way to reach a conclusion that allows to achieve the development of the organization, so that having knowledge of the English language is essential today both for personal life and in the professional field. It was evident that the secretaries consider that translation applications are very useful but that most of them do not use them, because they have knowledge of English, in addition to having personnel trained in the language to carry out international business, which he attributes to the success and growth of the company, which is why it can be said that the use of mobile translation applications are useful, however, the best alternative is to have staff trained in the language. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación se efectuó con la finalidad de determinar el uso que tienen las aplicaciones móviles de traducción como herramienta para la comunicación en el idioma inglés en las secretarias de la empresa Reybanpac de la parroquia San Juan de la provincia de los Ríos, puesto que el idioma inglés es parte de la vida diaria cuando la empresa se dedica al comercio internacional, de la misma manera cumplen un papel fundamental las aplicaciones móviles de traducción para poder llevar a cabo estos acuerdos comerciales. Para efectuar este estudio de caso se emplearon las técnicas de encuestas y entrevistas, las cuales fueron empleadas tanto para las secretarias como para el personal administrativo con el único fin de recolectar toda la información necesaria y de tal forma llegar a una conclusión que permita lograr el desarrollo de la organización, de modo que tener conocimiento del idioma inglés es imprescindible en la actualidad tanto para la vida personal como en el ámbito profesional. Se pudo evidenciar que las secretarias consideran que las aplicaciones de traducción son muy útiles pero que así mismo en su mayoría no hacen uso de ellas, debido a que tienen Conocimiento del inglés, además de tener personal capacitado en el idioma para concretar los negocios internacionales, lo cual atribuye al éxito y crecimiento de la empresa, por ello se puede decir que el uso de las aplicaciones móviles de traducción son útiles, sin embargo como mejor alternativa es contar con el personal capacitado en el idioma. | es_ES |
