| dc.description | This work is framed in the implementation and acceptance of a didactic environment for haircuts and styles on all occasions, which will serve as a didactic instrument to guide all artisans and others who are interested in this remarkable artisan area. In this way, a study guide concerning Beauty will be implemented through the practical application of Hair Cuts and styles, which offers enriched information based on new trends about beauty in these specific areas. The project considers the following stages: 1. Diagnostic, to identify the factors that cause bad haircuts and styles. 2. Analysis and interpretation of the results of the diagnostic investigation. 3. Determination of the components of the proposal for its validation. 4. Preparation of the Proposal to improve the quality of education, aimed at improving haircuts and styles. The investigation is developed in the following chapters: CHAPTER I.- THE PROBLEM.- It refers to the approach, the formulation of the problem, general objective, specific objectives, questions, justification and importance of the project. CHAPTER II.- THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK.- It deals with the background of the problem, the theoretical foundation, definition of basic terms, legal foundation and the characterization of the variables. CHAPTER III.- METHODOLOGY.- Addresses the type and design of the Research, the procedures for the characterization of the population and selection of the study group, operationalization of the variables, techniques and data collection instruments xvi, validity and reliability of the instruments, data processing and analysis and preparation of the Proposal. Analysis and interpretation of the results.- The results are presented in Tables and graphs, we proceed to the analysis and interpretation and discussion of the results, to establish the conclusions and recommendations. Relevant conclusions and recommendations are established to reduce the risk of school failure. | dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo va enmarcado en la implementación y aceptación de un ambiente didáctico para Cortes y estilos del cabello en toda ocasión, el cual servirá de instrumento didáctico para guiar a todos los artesanos y demás que estén interesados en esta notable área artesanal. De esta manera se implementará una guía de estudio concerniente a la Belleza mediante la aplicación práctica de los Cortes y estilos del cabello, el mismo que ofrece una enriquecida información basada en nuevas tendencia acerca de la belleza en estas áreas específicas. El proyecto considera las siguientes etapas: 1. Diagnóstica, para identificar los factores que ocasionan el mal cortes y estilos del cabello. 2. Análisis e interpretación de los resultados de la investigación diagnóstica. 3. Determinación de los componentes de la propuesta para su validación. 4. Elaboración de la Propuesta de mejorar la calidad de la educación, orientada a mejorar los cortes y estilos del cabello. La Investigación se desarrolla en los siguientes capítulos: CAPÍTULO I.- EL PROBLEMA.- Se refiere al planteamiento, la formulación del problema, objetivo general, objetivos específicos, interrogantes, justificación e importancia del proyecto. CAPÍTULO II.- MARCO TEÓRICO.- Trata sobre los antecedentes del problema, la fundamentación teórica, definición de términos básicos, fundamentación legal y la caracterización de las variables. CAPITULO III.- METODOLOGÍA.- Aborda el tipo y diseño de la Investigación, los procedimientos para la caracterización de la población y selección del grupo de estudio, operacionalización de las variables, técnicas e instrumentos xvi de recolección de datos, validez y confiabilidad de los instrumentos, procesamiento y análisis de los datos y elaboración de la Propuesta. Análisis e interpretación de los resultados.- Los resultados se presentan en Cuadros y gráficos, se procede al análisis e interpretación y discusión de los resultados, a establecer las conclusiones y las recomendaciones. Se establecen las conclusiones pertinentes y las recomendaciones para disminuir el riesgo de fracaso escolar.
