Bacillus subtilis para el control de Rhizoctonia solani en arroz (Oryza sativa) en la provincia de Los Ríos

dc.description | Rice in ecuadorian basket is the first main product for the entire national population, making it the most commercially marketed grass on the domestic market. The province of Los Ríos is a purely agrarian region, and rice activity is one of the main agricultural activities that take place in all cantons of the region. It is therefore the crop that generates labor supply directly and indirectly in the rural and urban area of the province. The use of microorganisms that control the presence of fungal spores that cause disease in rice crops, are of great importance their application. The research was subjected to analysis technique and summary where everything related to the control of Rhizoctonia solani was discussed with the use of bacillus subtilis bacteria as fungicide. In the province of Los Ríos there is an influence as to the dosage used on the presence of the fungus Rhizoctonia solani in rice crops. Dosages of 1.0 and 4.0 liters per hectare of fungicide containing Bacillus subtilis as an active ingredient, is effective in controlling the named fungus, as the dosage of 0.4 liters per hectare is not recommended. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El arroz en la canasta ecuatoriana es el producto de primer priodidad para toda la población nacional, lo que la convierte en la gramínea con mayor comercialización en el mercado interno. La provincia de Los Ríos es una región netamente agraria, y la actividad arrocera es una de las principales actividades agrícolas que se desarrollan en todos los cantones de la región. Por tanto, es el cultivo que genera oferta laboral de manera directa e indirecta en la zona rural y urbana de la provincia. El uso de microorganismos que controlan la presencia de esporas de hongos que ocasionan enfermedades en los cultivos de arroz, son de gran importancia su aplicación. La investigación fue sometida a técnica de análisis y resumen donde se trató todo lo referente al control de Rhizoctonia solani con el uso de la bacteria Bacillus subtilis como fungicida. En la provincia de Los Ríos existe una influencia en cuanto la dosificación utilizada sobre la presencia del hongo Rhizoctonia solani en los cultivos de arroz. Dosificaciones de 1,0 y 4,0 litros por hectárea del fungicida que contiene Bacillus subtilis como ingrediente activo, es efectivo para controlar el hongo nombrado, en cuanto la dosificación de 0,4 litros por hectáreas no es recomendable. | es_ES |
