dc.description | The Pancali bakery and patisserie, better known as California, is a national company and in the city of Babahoyo it has been developing its daily activities for more than a decade, which has remained in the market due to the quality and innovation of its products. , It has several branches in the same town, branch L046 being one of those that presents problems that refer to an organizational culture that is not in accordance with the mission and vision that the members of this prestigious company intend to carry out. such as: selection of personnel with a lack of knowledge in the area to be performed, lack of clear internal policies, manipulation of regulations at the convenience of supervisors, lack of supervision for the use of uniforms, conflicts in the development of teamwork, lack of organization and establishment of processes, inadequate infrastructure and lack of leadership. The same that have to be analyzed to determine their incidence in the development of daily activities in relation to the organizational culture of the branch considering the lines of research information systems, communication and entrepreneurship and innovation and marketing and marketing sub-line, the methodology that allows to carry out the research includes the analytical and descriptive methods while the techniques that allow collecting information is survey and interview through their respective instruments: interview questionnaire and survey questionnaire. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | La panadería y pastelería Pancali más conocida como California es una empresa a nivel nacional y en la ciudad de Babahoyo se encuentra desarrollando sus actividades cotidianas desde hace más de una década, que se ha mantenido en el mercado debido a la calidad e innovación de sus productos, esta cuenta con varias sucursales en la misma localidad siendo la sucursal L046 una de las que presenta problemas que hacen referencia a una cultura organizacional que no se encuentra acorde a la misión y visión que los integrantes de esta prestigiosa empresa pretenden llevar a cabo puesto, tales como: selección de personal con carencia de conocimientos en el área a desempeñar, falta de políticas internas claras, manipulación del reglamento a conveniencia de los supervisores, falta de supervisión para el uso de uniformes, conflictos en el desarrollo de trabajo en equipo, falta de organización y establecimiento de procesos, infraestructura inadecuada y falta de liderazgo. Los mismos que tienen que se analizan para determinar su incidencia en el desarrollo de las actividades cotidianas en relación a la cultura organizacional de la sucursal considerando las líneas de investigación sistemas de información, comunicación y emprendimiento e innovación y sublínea marketing y comercialización, la metodología que permite llevar a cabo la investigación comprende los métodos analítico y descriptivo mientras que las técnicas que permiten recopilar información es encuesta y entrevista a través de sus respectivos instrumentos: cuestionario de entrevista y cuestionario de encuesta. | es_ES |
